Message: I was recently broken down off I-231 in a double-decker bus. I tried everyone between Newton and Wichita. Knowone would even try to come out and attempt to tow us. Worked with Dispatcher Jon and driver Austin. They were amazing and very professional. We had bad luck the 1st try, but after communicating with my ppl and Jon to troubleshoot what needs to be done in order to safely tow and deliver the bus back to Kansas city. They made it happen. Really appreciate ya'lls service and even trying to work with us. We were able to catch our flights back to TX on time as well. Thank you!
