Message: Lisa and the crew are wonderful! So here's my story: I trusted my car to a national car repair chain (not saying the name but let's just say they're not exactly "on fire"). Big mistake. I needed new struts and they didn't take the time to consider that my vehicle was the sport tuned version. For the record, to check that, all you have to do is look up the vehicle by the VIN. Not difficult.. That should have been done in the first place. Anyway, I had no idea I was driving around with the wrong struts, which were causing everything else in the suspension to fail. Needless to say, that caused big headaches and costed me so much time and money. I took my car to Axle and Wheel and they caught the problem right away. The cost was 2/3 of what the big store charged, the parts are a big leap in quality and I know that I feel a huge difference driving out of the shop.. I don't know what more I can say about this place! The prices are great, the parts they use are quality, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will even take you over to your car and show you your issue. I will say, they only regret I have is not taking my car here sooner and avoiding everything I went through. If you need one of their provided services performed, you're not doing yourself, your vehicle or you bank account any favors if you take your car anywhere else.
