Message: I was greeted upon arrival in a friendly fashion right away. Jay then explained services to me and what would be the best for my vehicle. Then when I agreed to everything took my keys and then he took me inside had me sit down and fill out my information they kept me aware of what was going on and also made me aware of a transmission leak that I knew nothing about. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable about what they were doing. Jay made the experience for me a lot better and kept my anxiety down. I will refer them to family and friends and I will also allow them to do further work on my vehicle if needed there's a great team. Thank you to the team of jiffy lube.

Message: Its really weird to me, that due to "covid procedure" they have you exit your vehicle and wait IN the lobby, while a store employee gets INSIDE your vehicle to drive it in/out of the bay. That makes about as much sense as wearing a piece of cloth over your noses thinking it will stop airborne illness! Crazy!

Message: This is the best run, managed, clean facility that Jiffy Lube has to offer here in my local market. Was met by Jose yesterday and they were not able to get me in. He told me to come in first thing in the morning and they could get me taken care of. I could have chosen to go to another location or a competitor, but waited and showed up in the morning. I was in and out in 20 min. With having a fleet vehicle I could take my vehicle anywhere, I choose to come back to these guys as they are all very professional and efficient. They will always have my business and they can take care of you to. Thank you Jose, Kyle and Shaun.

Message: The staff was nice but I did have a bigger issue with my car then originally imagined. I had a diagnostic check due to check engine light. I was told car gas was running rich, did a fuel treatment. At that time I was told spark plugs were bad, but i chose not to change them due to financial reasons. I since have found out differently---UPDATE: so very glad I DID NOT change my spark plugs. The issue with my car was so much bigger than I imagined. If they had, I would have been out $186. Shawn was absolutely correct in that my car was misfiring. The reason was a faulty camshaft cover, caused the gas to run lean (not rich) and oil was seeping into the spark plugs. I do want to thank Shawn for catching this, as it led to me getting to the root of the problem. I would definitely recommend them for oil changes, but if you think your car has bigger issues, take it to a full mechanic shop. The diagnostic codes were not specific enough to pinpoint my car's issue. I do NOT fault Jiffy Lube for this and Shawn knows his stuff. My car is a Hybrid and as a new Hybrid owner, I'm finding it requires specialized mechanics to work on it.
