Message: I drove in randomly in the middle of the day with a broken mirror and a burnt out tag light. I asked if they could take a look at it. They replaced the tag light and showed me exactly what was wrong with my mirror and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Free of charge. That's just darn good customer service. I would happily give them my business in the future.

Message: After the dealership where I have my car serviced said they wouldn’t be able to help with a non-latching front door until the next day, I drove to KH Automotive desperate for a solution. Although they were on the cusp of closing, Kevin immediately knew what to do, but had to run to a hardware store to buy the flathead bolts to secure my car’s locking mechanism. He solved a critical problem in less than 15 minutes.. I haven’t experienced this level of assistance or attention ever before. Kevin will go above and beyond to keep you safe! Previously, when they replaced the tires and rotors, their quote was faster than the dealership and half of the price. I cannot say enough good things.
