He didn't do anything extra but was nice enough to keep in contact with me on the process and ask if I'd like any other issues that was observed at the time to be taken care of. I did. Of course, I had to be sure everything was kosher as I'm new to the vehicle I just purchased but Jim was reassuring and even offered to look at my vehicle again just to be sure everything is up to par. Message: Very professional, informative, honest, and high quality work! Took my Camry for Radiator replacement. Called one day, took it in the next and it was finished by the end of the day. Somehow was overcharged just a little compared to phone quote I received, I didn't notice the difference. However, Jim noticed and called immediately, a check for the difference arrived the following day. Appreciate everything and for all you did/do. This guy stands by his work AND his word!

Message: Had an issue with my car over heating and coolant all over my engine. Tried to get into another place to get it looked at, but it was unavailable due to the Holidays. I was referred to ORR by another shop. Best move of the year! Was able to get my car dropped off and spoke with Jim. He was very helpful, respectful and patient. Within a day my car had been repaired, all parts needed replaced were replaced in a timely manner and at an FAIR price. Every item and progress was listed and explained during the process. I would recommend this place to anyone needing repair on or replacement of a radiator or any other full car service work needed. Its not easy to find a reliable, safe, trustworthy place after having many issues with multiple repair shops in the past. Sometimes we all take chances because of convenience and time sensitive issues that need fixed. Its nice to know these shops still exist for the people.. I hope this review will help guide anyone else that is needing help with their vehicle to give this shop a shout! You wont be mistreated or talked down too. 100% keeping ORR's Number in my phone!
