Message: I got there on a Saturday early in the morning for an oil change. Service was quick. The employees were clear on communicating with each other and attentive when helping each other out. Oil stick was shown to me, and every option of extra services offered to me were explained well and I was told whether it was something really needed or something that could wait. I heard the same steps being done with the two other customers there at the time as well. Thank you, Saturday morning crew!

Message: Well the service is great and the employees. My problem was I was told I was going over 5 quarts of oil. I was going to be charged 5. 99 for the extra. I was charged 8. 99. My car only took 4. 6 quarts. Like I said anyone who knows cars a regular car will not take over 5 quarts of oil. Shame one the franchise owner to teach there employees to take advantage of people.

Message: This was my first time ever going to an instant oil place, and was happy with how quick and easy this was. I normally drop my car off at good year ( usually overnight), and they have it done sometime the next day. With this place though I was in and out in probably 20 minutes, and I was waiting behind other people. Which is pretty fast. I have gone to the Toyota dealership with my girlfriend to get her oil changed and it usually takes like 3 - 5 hours before they get it done. I definitely recommend this place and the people here were kind and professional.
